We collect what we need to prepare and file your paperwork — nothing more. We never sell your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Filerra, LLC (“Filerra,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and Services — including the websites of our wholly owned state brands, such as FloridaFormed.com. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, and details about the business you’re forming — such as company name, address, owners/members, and the state of formation.
Existing-company information: for annual-report, reinstatement, amendment, dissolution, and related orders, your company’s registered name, Sunbiz document number, status, registered-agent selection, and related public-record details, which we may verify against state records.
Filing information: data required by government agencies to complete your filings, which may include tax identifiers you supply.
Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status, amount and order reference — never your full card number.
Ad and referral information: if you arrive from an ad or a partner link, the campaign tags on that link (for example utm_source, or Google’s ad-click identifier “gclid”) are stored with your order so we can tell which advertising works.
Usage & device data: basic analytics such as pages visited and approximate location, collected with privacy-friendly tooling.

2. How we use information

To prepare, submit, and track your filings with the relevant agencies.
To provide the filing service you order, send order updates and documents, and provide customer support.
To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
To improve the Services and communicate with you about your account.

3. What we do not currently collect

Filerra does not currently provide customer accounts, a document vault, registered-agent service, or automated compliance alerts. We therefore do not collect login credentials or receive registered-agent mail on your behalf. Your private order-status link displays limited status information and stores no documents.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to deliver the Services:

Government agencies, to make the filings you request. Note that much of what a state filing contains — company name, addresses, registered agent, and often member or manager names — becomes part of the state’s permanent public record.
Service providers used to operate the site: our web host; Stripe for payments; email delivery and Kit for mailing-list workflows when enabled; GoatCounter for basic analytics; Anthropic for the optional website assistant; and, when enabled, Google Ads to measure whether an ad led to a paid order — we report the order reference and amount paid to Google, never your name, email, or filing details. Do not enter Social Security numbers, tax IDs, payment-card details, or confidential legal facts into the assistant.
Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Business transfers, if Filerra is involved in a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies & analytics

We do not use account-login cookies because customer accounts do not currently exist. We use limited browser storage for attribution and basic privacy-friendly analytics. When Google Ads measurement is switched on, Google’s tag sets advertising cookies on our checkout and order-status pages to connect an ad click with a completed order; you can block these through your browser settings or at adssettings.google.com. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.

6. Data retention

We keep order and filing information as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may ask about the retention period for a specific record at the contact address below.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@filerra.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Information that has already become part of a state’s public record is controlled by the state, not us.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post the new Policy here and update the date above, and where appropriate notify you by email.
